Account Settings - Setting Up Your Environment

Your account is where you setup a Liveclicker environment for your organization, consult used and remaining credits, personalize your environment to reflect your organization's needs, preferences and brand, set up users and test users, define Custom fields, and more.

Some of the settings mentioned in here are optional, others are mandatory for certain features to work properly, and some are recommended.

Access the Account settings via the Gear icon in the top menu:

There are 4 main tabs:

In this section you will mainly configure users and test users, manage your profile, and define global settings for the environment.

Custom Fields

  • Define a Subscriber ID (optional but highly recommended) — Although the Subscriber ID is not mandatory for all Liveclicker elements, it is recommended to set one up for more accurate reporting and tracking, to benefit from the full potential of all Liveclicker element types, and be able to use test users. The Subscriber ID is equally required when tracking conversion on your website.

  • Define Custom fields (optional but highly recommended) specific to an element type, as well as general Custom fields that can be used across all types. This allows for more personalization when Liveclicker content is rendered in your email as well as ensure you can benefit from the full potential of the Liveclicker elements.

 

Reporting
